Books on Art

Aficionados of art need no formal training, for art is an inborn talent. What is art? The conscious production or arrangement of sounds, colors, forms, movements, or other elements in a manner that affects the sense of beauty, specifically the production of the beautiful in a graphic or plastic medium or in common mans terms "High quality of conception or execution, as found in works of beauty; aesthetic value.". Traditionally, the term art was used to refer to any skill or mastery. The more recent sense of the word art is as an abbreviation for creative art or fine art. Fine art means that a skill is being used to express the artist’s creativity. And lastly, if the skill is being used in a commercial or industrial way, it will be considered Commercial art instead of fine art.
You may nurture this innate skill by going through the assorted collection of books on art. They not only provide an insight into the various forms of drawing but also offer tips to enhance artwork. A few noted books are

* Creativity
* The Big Book of Design Ideas
* Fashion Images
